Converts a three-letter mnemonic (ex. "MON") for a day into a number (ex. 2).

Arguments:       Three letter day mnemonic ex: SUN, MON, TUE, WED..

Returns:            Day of the week (SUN = 1)
Example Call:    %Z.day.in(“FRI”) returns 6
